RETURN POLICY

At Art Tile, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and issues are handled in accordance with New Zealand consumer law. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
Change of Mind
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind. However, in some cases and at our discretion, a return may be approved provided the items are unused, in original condition, and returned in full boxes. Return requests must be made within 7 to 14 days of delivery, and proof of purchase is required. Please note that restocking fees may apply and any delivery or freight costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos along with a description of the issue. Products must not be installed before the issue has been assessed. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate outcome, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Installation Disclaimer
Art Tile is not responsible for issues identified after installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all tiles prior to installation. Any damage, defects, or concerns should be reported beforehand. Variations in colour, shade, and texture are natural characteristics of tile products and are not considered faults. Installation of the tiles is taken as acceptance of the product.
